Returns Policy
Bespoke made-to-size items are non-returnable unless a fault is identified. Faults must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item. Please provide proof of purchase and evidence of the fault for assessment. If a fault is confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion. Incorrect sizing does not class as a fault, so it is down to you ensure you measure correctly as per the instructions
Cleaning Instructions
These collars are machine washable at 40 degrees, then left to air dry only. Do not iron. Tumble drier is not recommended
